Don’t forget about another required component of any fall protection program— the descent, rescue and retrieval of a fallen worker.​ Many kits do not include this type of system because the applications and worksites differ so much.

​Remember, during an emergency when quick rescue is vital, every second counts – rescue planning and proper equipment is critical.
